Flies and blowflies

Flies of various species are found in every country; they never fail to be troublesome and in addition, carry bacteria and viruses which they often deposit on food, contributing to the spread of various diseases, such as gastroenteritis, dysentery, intestinal worms, salmonella, and so on.

In food warehouses as well as in many food handling businesses, flies can be a source of harmful contamination and thus of significant economic damage.
